Project Feasibility and Concept - Our specialists have the ability to consider projects on a one to one basis and assess the feasibility and put together a concept for the options available to each project or development. Experience has been gained in the management of projects up to and in excess of £60m in value working for Clients, Consultants, Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors. Experience in Boiler Houses, CHP Plants, Biomass Installations, Windfarms, HV Networks up to 66kV, Pumping Stations, Wastewater and Clean Water Treatment Plants, Control Panels, Electrical and Instrumentation, Process Plants, Energy From Waste Plants (MBT's, AD, Gasification, Sludge Incineration, Incineration, Steam Generation and other processes) , CCGT Power Stations, Power Station Plant and Equipment, major utilities, Hospitals, Universities and Schools and M&E on Rail schemes.
      
Project Completion and Commissioning:- Our specialists are experienced in all types of mechanical and electrical plant and the processes involved on Power Stations, Water and Wastewater Treatment, Building Services and Renewable Energy Projects. We can tailor our service to be involved as Managers of the Commissioning Process or actually involved in the commissioning of the plant.
We can deliver:-
- Production of Commissioning Documentation, Test Documentation, Plans and Programmes
- Witness and complete all tests both at Factory and on site
- Complete all testing with our specialist team of commissioning engineers.
- Manage the commissioning process including management of necessary specialist subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate all necessary inputs to the commissioning process
- Produce all project completion documentation to enhance the chances of successful project handover.
- Liaise and coordinate client input for witnessing of all tests and commissioning.
- Production and delivery of Health and Safety File Documentation.
